sad bad end s5 jon and tim on a monster road trip
[Algric had given the trio a fair warning of what was happening. Not the specific details of what he was coming from, but he was from a little further along Algric's timeline, and came through Hilltop Road. Never pleasant, but he's here now. IT took a few days of settling, readjusting, and putting some firm self-imposed boundaries on himself before Jon felt comfortable enough to see the others.
After a few minutes of surprise and staring, Jon ends up sitting alone with Tim for a few minutes; the others having some things to take care of themselves. He sits there, fiddling a bit with his fingers, trying not to be self conscious. He can't do anything about the myriad of different, newer scars, nor about his black sclera or so many other things about himself now.
But god... Tim. Alive and not shouting at him right this second. How novel.]
Tim... I.. [Where does he even start.]

Date: 2020-09-14 11:26 pm (UTC)Is ... is there any chance we could - could continue this without being horribly selfish?

Date: 2020-09-14 11:34 pm (UTC)I mean, I'm not. I'm not your Jon? I-in that.... sense.
[That 'he lived through hell and knows everything and is from your point in time' kind of sense.]

I ... I have feelings for you specifically.

Date: 2020-09-15 12:00 am (UTC)I do too. I just... Feel pretty selfish about it as well.

Date: 2020-09-15 01:03 am (UTC)[WOW the way that was worded... did not do it for him. His face is dark blushed and he's squeezing Algric's hand fairly tight for a simple proposition.]
I don't know.

Date: 2020-09-15 01:45 am (UTC)R-right, it. Sounded stupid the instant it came out of my mouth.

Date: 2020-09-15 01:49 am (UTC)It just, erm. Do we know know how they feel about each other? Maybe we should start there.

Date: 2020-09-15 02:19 am (UTC)I’m glad we have a relatively mundane problem to figure out?
no subject
Date: 2020-09-15 02:21 am (UTC)You know? In the grand scheme of things, this is mundane, isn't it? I can't decide if I'd rather have this or the Institute being attacked again to deal with.

Date: 2020-09-15 02:23 am (UTC)As long as it’s just a small attack.
