[Algric had given the trio a fair warning of what was happening. Not the specific details of what he was coming from, but he was from a little further along Algric's timeline, and came through Hilltop Road. Never pleasant, but he's here now. IT took a few days of settling, readjusting, and putting some firm self-imposed boundaries on himself before Jon felt comfortable enough to see the others.

After a few minutes of surprise and staring, Jon ends up sitting alone with Tim for a few minutes; the others having some things to take care of themselves. He sits there, fiddling a bit with his fingers, trying not to be self conscious. He can't do anything about the myriad of different, newer scars, nor about his black sclera or so many other things about himself now.

But god... Tim. Alive and not shouting at him right this second. How novel.]

Tim... I.. [Where does he even start.]

[He squeezes Algric's hand gently, holding it there between them.]

[He has that same earnest hopeful tone Jonah had when Algric half joked about "husbands".]

He leans forward across the table, hesitating. ]

[It takes him a flash of a second to realize how selfish he is himself wanting this when Martin is right two rooms away. God, Jon, selfish. Wanting two of him.

He follows, leaning and giving the softest kiss and a shuddering exhale pulling away.]

[ Algric just looks terribly smitten for a moment. Staring down at Jon in return. ]

Is ... is there any chance we could - could continue this without being horribly selfish?

[Jon can feel his face warming a bit at that. He'd thought with Jonah showing up that.... And with the way Algric was talking at the start, they were definitely done.]

I do too. I just... Feel pretty selfish about it as well.

[WOW the way that was worded... did not do it for him. His face is dark blushed and he's squeezing Algric's hand fairly tight for a simple proposition.]

[Jon aches for him, just a little. A lot. After everything Algric's been through, he deserves happiness and love. Jon squeezes his hand gently.]

You know? In the grand scheme of things, this is mundane, isn't it? I can't decide if I'd rather have this or the Institute being attacked again to deal with.
