[Algric had given the trio a fair warning of what was happening. Not the specific details of what he was coming from, but he was from a little further along Algric's timeline, and came through Hilltop Road. Never pleasant, but he's here now. IT took a few days of settling, readjusting, and putting some firm self-imposed boundaries on himself before Jon felt comfortable enough to see the others.

After a few minutes of surprise and staring, Jon ends up sitting alone with Tim for a few minutes; the others having some things to take care of themselves. He sits there, fiddling a bit with his fingers, trying not to be self conscious. He can't do anything about the myriad of different, newer scars, nor about his black sclera or so many other things about himself now.

But god... Tim. Alive and not shouting at him right this second. How novel.]

Tim... I.. [Where does he even start.]

I wish I could see potential outcomes to things. It feels weird not Knowing what could happen.

I guess. I was kind of... already to that point anyway. So maybe it's good I can't know hypotheticals, no matter how useful it'd be.

[Jonah's quiet for a minute, just... Thinking that over. Did he know it was specifically something being planned?

No.]

Not in those words exactly. I just... Knew there was something you were keeping and whatever it was would effect me somehow.

[Just. You know. The oldest known associate of the Eye being killed would have some drastic effects on the Eye's structure. That's all.]

[He really isn't thirsty. But he smiles.]

Sure. I'd love some of your tea.

Good. Because - I think I'd like to make some. A-and I need a shower, so ...

Right. O-of course.

[Well, he'll scramble off him to give Algric space to move but. He's still watching carefully. Like Algric might make himself vanish any second.]

[ None of that. He's just, well. Considering whether to do tea or shower first ... and settling on shower. He heads for the dresser with his still rather pathetic set of clothes and pulls out a truly ugly Christmas jumper. ]

Mm, I'll freshen up first. Then tea, and - and maybe I'll make breakfast for everyone.
